The rules of our services
Terms
Bespoke Computer guarantees our work for the duration of 1 year, and will fix issues associated with our work, free of charge for this duration.
In the event of a hardware issue that requires an item we have installed to be returned to the manufacturer; called an RMA, Bespoke Computer will waive all labor fees associated with removing the item and installing the replacement for the same duration of the item's respective manufacturer warranty.
Conditions
Labor prices are final and non-refundable.
Bespoke Computer does not provide refunds or warranty services for third party products, software, and services.
